Born in Nassau, Ali attended Catholic High School in Freeport, Bahamas and Concordia University in Montreal, Canada.
He brings over seven years of invaluable experience selling High End Luxury beach, ocean and canal front properties in The Turks & Caicos Islands. It was his keen sense of marketing, excellent negotiating skills, mastering the MLS System, providing relevant information, his warm personality, honesty and work ethic, that made him a favorite of many developers, sellers and buyers.
As a sales executive in the TCI, Ali worked with off plan (pre-construction) luxury condo-hotel developments from planning to construction, completion and re-sales.
His success in sales led to the listing, sales and marketing of a 35 acre luxury ocean and canal front residential development on the south eastern shore of Providenciales. Shortly thereafter, he was given the task of marketing and selling a 95 acre residential and commercial development.
