Neil began his education in The Bahamas before attending secondary boarding schools in England and Wales. Graduating from the University of Miami with a degree in Business Administration, he took a job in banking, moving between large branches between Nassau and Freeport, Grand Bahama. He left banking to work in a family business, one of the largest in The Bahamas, until 2004. Neil began his career in real estate in 2007 and joined Bahama Islands Realty in 2009.

Over the years, Neil has been at the centre of national business development. He’s served as a director of The Bahamas Chamber of Commerce eventually becoming President, spearheading “The Impact of Trade Liberalisation on The Bahamas,” a study on the Bahamian economy. In addition he’s travelled on FTAA private sector missions to Costa Rica, Canada and Ecuador and has served on numerous Chamber committees including the legislation committee. He also served on the National Advisory Council for Education for two years, the BEST National Climate Change Committee and the Montreal Protocol Steering Committee.

He has assisted and supported The Bahamas National Trust for many years and currently serves as President.

He is the father of two sons.
