Chavaz received her high school education at St. Augustine’s College and Queen’s College in Nassau, Bahamas before going onto The College of The Bahamas where she studied toward a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.

Of all the agents and brokers at Bahama Islands Realty, Chavaz came to her profession with the most unlikely background but one that trained her from childhood for sales. She grew up at the feet of her late grandmother, a skilled craftswoman in the Nassau Straw Market. As a young adult, she went to work in the family law offices of Cassar & Co. and worked her way to office manager.

Chavaz is self-motivated, proactive and passionate about helping clients choose the real estate investment that best suits them. Married with two children, she is committed to providing quality service with the highest level of personal integrity.
